Health-e-Tip: Energy Pick-Me-Up

We make a solution of 1 tsp. of REALSALT in a small squirt bottle of alkaline water. When the boys are playing sports or doing a strenuous activity, they spray a couple squirts of the alkaline, salt water in their mouths for energy. They keep it on the sidelines for basketball.
