Type 1 Diabetes Side Effects?

HeConnection-HeS-LifestyleTypically, when we think of side effects, it has a negative connotation.  Our family has experienced many POSITIVE side effects from being on the same diet as our two type 1 diabetic sons, Gabriel and Nathan.  Other type 1 diabetic families have shared similar experiences.

Personally, the most favorable side effect has been longer-lasting energy.  Before our diet change I would begin to feel fatigued by mid-afternoon. To keep up with the hustle-bustle of our family’s long days, I frequently needed a nap.  Currently, the thought of even taking a nap rarely occurs.

If you are considering joining your type 1 diabetic loved-one on their health journey, I encourage you to take the plunge. Thankfully, there is no need for labeling side effects for this extremely healthy food unless you want to say: WARNING: Healthy Side Effects May Cause Longer-Lasting Energy!
