A big THANK YOU to Ailsa in Canada, who sent in this delicious recipe for Focaccia bread, which she makes for her son. We made some, and the boys really liked it. For one batch, we mixed some garlic, basil, oregano and salt together and sprinkled it over the bread before we baked it. That really added some extra flavor. Mmm, mmm, good! Great job, Ailsa!
