My dear friend, Katy, graciously brought some delicious mint tea over to our home the other day. Our children raved about it, so I asked her for directions.
Put about 10-15 long sprigs of fresh mint – preferrably from your garden – in a ½ gallon glass container. Pour boiling water over the mint leaves and allow it to steep.
We served it over ice with a little stevia in it. You could mix stevia in the glass container, if you wish.
